SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Please note that processing times may be extended during launches, special releases, holidays, sales periods, or other high-volume periods.

Made-to-order, pre-order, or custom items may require additional production time.

Delivery times for the United states is between 1-6 business days. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

TENDLER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, inaccurate shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.

Available shipping options may include:

- Standard shipping
- Expedited shipping
- Overnight shipping

Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other providers selected by TENDLER.

TENDLER may require signature confirmation on high-value orders.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

International duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges are non-refundable.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will remain responsible for all associated shipping charges, return fees, customs charges, and handling fees.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, TENDLER is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If a package is lost or delayed, customers should contact the carrier directly and also notify TENDLER so we may assist where possible.

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, TENDLER is not responsible for theft, loss, or delivery to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Customers may request shipping address changes before an order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

We do not ship to freight forwarders.

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses may be accepted where carrier support is available.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions, countries, addresses, or customers at our discretion.

TENDLER may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time.

Eligibility requirements, minimum purchase thresholds, and applicable regions may change without notice.
