RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

- Be unworn and unused
- Be in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Include original packaging where applicable
- Be free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, laundering, or other signs of wear

TENDLER reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

- Sale items
- Archive items
- Gift cards
- Made-to-order items
- Pre-order items
- Custom or personalized items
- Limited-release items marked final sale
- Items damaged through wear, misuse, improper care, or laundering

Additional categories, including intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, candles, home goods, and fragile items, may also be final sale where noted.

Eligible items may be exchanged subject to product availability.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees are non-refundable.

Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

Customers may also be offered store credit where applicable.

Store credit is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

TENDLER is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

TENDLER reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or future orders from customers who demonstrate patterns of excessive returns, abuse of the policy, reseller activity, fraud, or suspicious behavior.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact support@maisontendler.com within 48 hours of delivery.
